CONTRAST FORGE PROTOCOL

WHAT IS CONTRAST THERAPY?

Train Your Nervous System

Step from a traditional Finnish sauna straight into a cold plunge — then back again. Alternating deliberate high heat with full cold immersion drives circulation, calms inflammation, and teaches your body to stay calm under stress. It’s not comfort. It’s adaptation. That’s the point.

CIRCULATION BOOST — INFLAMMATION CONTROL — HORMESIS EFFECT

FASTER RECOVERY — MENTAL RESILIENCE — 100% PRIVATE

THE BENEFITS OF CONTRAST THERAPY

Contrast Forge pairs a traditional Finnish sauna with a cold plunge — deliberate high heat, then full cold immersion, cycled back to back.

The swing is where the work happens: heat opens your vessels and floods tired muscle with blood, the cold slams them shut and drives it back out, and every round flushes waste, calms inflammation, and speeds recovery.

Cold immersion also spikes norepinephrine and dopamine — the reason you step out sharper, steadier, and more awake than when you walked in. Done consistently, it trains your body to hold composure under stress and your mind to sit in discomfort without flinching.

This isn't a spa treatment. It's a discipline — built for people who train hard, work harder, and actually need to recover.

BEFORE YOU FORGE

Come hydrated and come fed — a light meal a couple hours out, not right before.

Bring a swimsuit, sandals, and whatever you sweat in; towels are on us.

Skip the alcohol beforehand and give yourself the full block — this isn't a rush job. Work the cycle honestly: sit in the heat until you've earned the cold, then get in and breathe through it with slow, controlled breaths — that beats white-knuckling every time.

Listen to your body and step out if you feel lightheaded; pushing past your limit isn't discipline, it's ego.

And if you're pregnant or managing a heart condition, blood pressure, or any medical concern, clear it with your doctor before your first session.

This is deliberate stress — not reckless stress.
