We're not a day spa. Tub Goat is a private, appointment-based recovery facility built on three pillars — float therapy, full heat-to-cold contrast therapy, and halotherapy recovery sessions. No cucumbers, no upsells, no fluff. Just three of the most physiologically powerful recovery tools available, run right.
The Float House — Three private float rooms (Black Room, White Room, Nature Room). Zero gravity, skin-temperature Epsom salt, total darkness and silence. Your nervous system finally gets to go offline.
The Contrast Forge — Two rooms (Quench Room, Temper Room) pairing traditional heat with full cold immersion. A complete heat-to-cold recovery cycle that compresses what would otherwise take 48–72 hours of passive rest into one session.
The Recovery Den — Two rooms (Relax Room, Reset Room) running HaloSauna PRO — the first joint product between the infrared and halotherapy industries. Far infrared panels heat the body directly, expanding the lungs and improving salt aerosol absorption — a more effective respiratory and wellness session than a salt room or sauna alone. Layered with optional red light, chromotherapy, and aromatherapy, engaging all five senses. Express (30 min) or Full (60 min).
